Year 4 – Awards

Hi-Yah!  Zariya, in Year 4, has been attending Taekwondo sessions and is quite the expert!  Recently, she took part in a competition and out of the 33 competitors in her group, she came 2nd and took the silver medal!  What a superstar!  Many congratulations Zariya, we are so proud of you!

Awards – Pen Licence

Look at the joy on their faces!  This lovely lot received their pen licences for super handwriting and presentation.  Some received their level 3 and others level 4, whilst there was one level 5 pen licence – the top level!  What superstars – finishing off the term with a bang!  Well done!

Year 3 – Awards

For our celebration event this week, Year 3 were lucky enough to take part in an archery session. The children learnt the techniques to shoot the arrows successfully and we had lots of fun. They battled against each other, in teams, to reach 100 points first. Lots of the children got 8’s, 9’s and 10’s! #Archery #Celebration

Fatema has had a fantastic week, first she was in the team that won the Great Height’s spelling bee and now she’s had the personal success of achieving her pen licence!  What a star!  Well done Fatema.  #workingtogetherforsuccess #winner #penlicence

Spelling Bee

Our team at the Great Height’s spelling bee won the day!  What superstars!  Their fantastic spelling skills meant that they were a cut above and, as a result, catapulted Brackenhill Primary into first place out of several schools.  We are so very proud of their achievements!  Well done, Fatema, Sumayah, Hafsah and Hashim.  #spellingsuperstars #winners #firstplace

Stars of the Week

Well done to Younus, Ayyan, Hana, Luqman, Alana and Husna who were our Stars of the Week this week. They have been focussed and shown great determination this week and thoroughly deserve their award.  Keep it up!

Pen Licences

Well done Hiba, Safah and Reza who have all achieved the next stage of their pen licence journey!  Their handwriting and presentation is beautiful to behold!  Well done!
