This week in Reception, the children planted sunflower seeds and are excited to watch them grow on our windowsill, learning they need soil, water and sunlight to stay healthy. We’ve also welcomed some tiny caterpillars after reading “Mad About Minibeasts” by Giles Andreae, and can’t wait to care for them as they grow into beautiful butterflies.
