In Science week, Year 5 enjoyed learning about the environmental impact of food packaging. They carried out an investigation which compared the packaging of multipack crisps with sharing bags. The results showed that although both types of packets had the same weight of crisps, it was the multipack that used the most packaging. However the share bag contributed more towards food waste.
