Exciting News from Year 5! Not long ago, our talented Year 5 students took part in a national poetry competition run by Young Writers – and we’ve got some amazing news to share! Out of many entries from across the country, 13 of our very own young poets were chosen to have their poems published in a real book!
That book has finally arrived, and today, we’re thrilled to celebrate their creativity and share some of their inspiring work with you. Get ready to hear the powerful words and imaginative ideas of our published poets!
Well done to: Ismaeel Hanif, Husna Nawaz, Aadam Ikram, Liyah Ali, MacAnthony Ekun, Zunairah Mehmood, Saba Bashir, Tala Barakat, Umme Khizer, Michael Ehizojie, Farhaan Iqbal, Hassaan Mehmood and Anayah Yasin.
