Year 6 have been learning about forces in science and this week they were investigating friction. They tested out whether it was easier to pick up a jelly cube with oil on it or without. Lots of fun was had trying to decide the best methods for lifting up the jelly cubes.
They then discussed where friction is useful in real life situations.
