This week in Nursery, our little explorers learned all about the life cycle of a butterfly. We used a paper plate and some ‘magic’ pasta to tell the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar! The children enjoyed retelling the key stages from the story and linking them to the 4 stages in the life cycle. Can you tell which pasta shape represents the egg, caterpillar, cocoon and butterfly?
